My son and his cousin love to play with Legos so it was their first choice for costumes last year! To fulfill their dream, my sister and I got busy creating their one-of-a-kind homemade costumes. Luckily we found some ideas on pinterest and took it from there.
To make the Lego Boy, I used a big box and reshaped it to a trapezoid for the body and spray painted it red. I cut the logo from a Lego bag for the front. His head piece is from a giant party snack container, painted yellow and I also used some yellow duct tape around the cut openings and covered a piece of cardboard for the little piece at the top of the head which I glued to the container. I used black mesh fabric behind the eye and mouth openings so he could see and breathe easily. He wore blue pants and a red shirt to complete the look.

To make the Lego Brick, we used another big box. We cut arm holes and glued plastic food containers to the front. Then spray painted it completely blue.
